Whoever they are, they aren't paying attention to our departures/outgoings. I get the point we probably won't win as many games this year, but it's not because of our roster, which has a good chance to be better than last year.
When you're the best, hard to really improve 
I hate lists like these as they don’t offer much context. Truthfully IU could be as good if not better on the field this year but end up with a worse record. So by that definition it would be regression.
Agree, this team may actually be better than last years and still go 9-3 because of the schedule. At Oregon, Iowa and PSU is a tall order. Also UI will not be easy even though it is at home. GoHoosiers
