Google AI says Lebron's bests are 55m: 6.37, 100m: 10.68, 200m: 21.57,

Two time state qualifier in 55 meter.

Not bad.

The last true freshman I can recall for is that had the ability to impact the return game was Jaylin Lucas.  He did it for 1 season and was selected as a 1st team All American as a specialist.  Then…..he fell off the map and now is a 2nd string KR at Florida State.

I think trying to play him at RB ruined him.  I think Allen tried to cater to him and it didn't work out and, in the end, may have hurt Jaylin psychologically.  He's just not built to be a RB.

@hoosierdaddy He’s a true slot guy. More in the mold of Keyshawn Williams and Myles Price than Cooper.

He’s only listed at 5’9. Omar has a lot better size but not near the same shiftiness.

I think Myles Price was much underrated.  He was unstoppable against UCLA.  He's going to be hard to replace.

I think Lebron will play early. I hope Brady is good in the slot but could see Bond just forcing himself into snaps

It's so refreshing to have different builds and skill sets with our receivers these days.  Gone are the times when all our receivers were 6'3 and couldn't do much outside of running in a straight line.

@old-crescent Pryce and Williams both were underrated last year. Williams really carried the team against Michigan, we dont win that game without him. I still dont get why we didnt go to Williams more against ND, he matched up the best for what their defense was doing that game

I’ve been more impressed with Haines than Shanahan as a coordinator. Shanahan seemed to pee down his leg in big games.

@iugradman Not sure if thats on Shanahan or Cig (who is more involved on offense than defense), but the offense was definitely weaker than the defense in the big games. Special teams was the clear issue in both though, no team in the country will win games on the road against OSU or ND with their punt unit playing like ours did those matchups

Our defense last year didnt get nearly enough credit in the big games, it held OSU and ND to two of their worst performances of the year. OSU in particular, the only teams who did better on defense were Michigan and Nebraska. If you remove the classless garbage time run-up by Day, we were right there with Michigan for holding OSU to their worst performance

Regardless, I have a lot of confidence in Cig and Shanahan to right the ship this year in those situations. They humiliated our opponents in 10 of our matchups, and the Michigan game was a little out of their control (WR drops, injuries and OL not holding up 2nd half)
