Man, Tulane has had their chances to stay in this game and just couldn’t get points on the board.
Assuming Oregon will blow JMU out.
@thehoosierhuddle Yea, too bad. And the scoring issue continued all game — 421 yards (5.9 per play) and 10 points… ouch!
This is why Tulane and JMU don't belong. Sorry this feel good empathy towards these low tier schools started when Boise State beat Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl in 2007. Ever since it's been a push to put these teams in a position to "have a chance ". It's a once a decade upset that now has tainted the CFP.
no way they were better than ND.
Miami sure proved the committee got their inclusion correct.
So Oregon decides to do some trickeration on their first PAT attempt... and they blow it.
I hope that comes back to haunt them.
@unclemark seemed unnecessary for a game where they are three score favorites. Probably won’t matter though…
This is why I love Cig. He would never do a gimmick like lanning.
Oregon’s offense looks great tonight. JMU threw some early punches on offense but the defense can’t stop UO
Miami at TAMU has been brutal.
Oregon and Ole Miss are basically getting a practice game/bye into the next round
Tulane and JMU, even if they got to play at home, had no chance
TT vs Oregon is going to be very interesting.

I can see having some fun with plays like that, but I'm not sure that was the time or place.
JMU is pretty spunky.
Speaking of trick plays...
Sure do hope JMU can make it count.
@unclemark only reason to do it is to spark your offense or you need too compete. IU or Oregon shouldn’t need that wrinkle.
