Surprised you weren’t aware of those plans! LOL.@bucketgetter It does demonstrate that stadium capacity does put a ceiling on revenues. Cig mentioned again today that we can't add capacity fast enough. Gotta be in the works.
If jackskip/ordy finds those old renderings they could have a head start on that.
Their fans don’t worry me (by their being closer to the field)…
They’ve lost their true Home Field advantage of the past by enclosing the place and limiting those nasty swirling winds coming in off Lake Michigan. I suppose they could still have some type of vortex going on near the top in really high winds that could affect deep throws and long field goal attempts but we can adjust for that….
Those winds at Ryan, and that small mountain they had running down the middle of the field as their runoff crown, along with their extra thick, ultra high grass always gave them a key edge at their old home…
I’m hoping they go with Field Turf and that their new field has a normal crown height, if so, we’ll have nothing to fear up there aside from complacency (and fear itself 😉)…
