real talk: what is the point in not going for 2?? this game has been coached so weirdly by the staff. The three times they passed up going for it on fourth, and then they don't go for 2 here?? BIZAREEEE
It was the right call. Had it failed Nebraska could have won with a field goal. Never go for 2 unless you absolutely have to.
This ugly win is good for at least a 2 or 3 spot drop in the next poll! LOL

I was wrong on Zachmann, I ripped him in chatzky as being only decent for hitting and tackling, but not much in coverage. But I've rewatched many series, and he was tasked with a lot, with our DBs wiffing on arm tackle after arm tackle. I think Zachmann played pretty good, some in important coverages too.
And some of our DBs need to toughen up. I understand a young guy, but hope the not getting off blocks and arm tackles from veterans was just an anomaly. Everybody did better the final third of the game.
