As bad as Hoover was today, he still threw for 296 yards on what will be one of the best defenses we'll face all year.
That's a pretty good off game.
I don't think it's a guarantee OSU even makes it to THe BIG championship game with Sayin out. That backup that came in looked like a deer in headlights and OSU doesn't have an easy schedule coming up. @pazhoosier yep. They do get a bye week, but head to USC after then host Oregan and Northwestern before going to Nebraska and hosting Michigan.
UCLA has the best chance at going9-0, but thy also have USC at the end of the year. It’ll be a fun conference race. Get ready to learn tiebreakers

Our defense will do fine against Carr or Underwood. They way we played against OSU was impressive. The somewhat maligned DBs were very ready. The entire defense played a winning game despite the Smith TD.
I hope our offense is up to beating the Michigan defense. Shanahan has struggled a few times against tougher defenses. Simple is great, until it's not.
The shame is that Shanahan had one of his best games, against Ohio State and Matt Patricia. But... need to execute.
Yes, I think Mike S is fine. Execute on one more of many opportunities and we beat one of the best teams in the country.
