Indiana has the largest living alumni base of any college in the country. California trails only Indiana and Illinois in number of IU grads living in the state, and most of the California Hoosiers are living in southern Cal. We need a massive turnout at the Rose Bowl, one that exceeds Michigan's representation (widely reported as a 60-40 advantage over Alabama) in the 2024 Rose Bowl.
It's been 58 years since we played in this game, guys. If your health and financial means allow, get your butts into that stadium on January 1. Let's create a home field advantage for our Hoosiers. See you there!
Go IU!!!
Good news, this won't be the first time Cigs Hoosiers have played in the Rose Bowl. I feel like we had decent representation there when IU played UCLA last season. That was early in the season too, when we didn't know what IU was going to be. I'd like to think our west coast fans will be happy to help us all pack that place in.
I feel like Cig needs to pull out his quote about the last time we were going to play in LA, "We're just going into an old stadium to kick somebody's ass!"
Coliseum is where USC plays, I know what you mean just an FYI.
I’ll be there with a large contingent to do my part…
I think our crowd will be pretty good.

I was at the UCLA game. We had several thousand fans in attendance. And, as you've noted, that was a September game, very early in CCC's tenure, before it was apparent we were very good.
@oneeyedundertaker Need a date?
@old-crescent I assume you're going?
I’m taking my 12 yo boy out there to meet up with a big group, but rest assured if I had an opening, you’d be at the top of the list!
Here is a quick recap according to TickPick:
-
-
Since Alabama secured a spot in the quarterfinal, the current “get in” price has dropped to $213 – a 32% decrease prior to the matchup being set ($314).

Nearly 25% of tickets are purchased from Indiana, 18% from California, and 12% from Illinois.
Thank you for reading Hoosier Huddle

That's 55% from the three states that lead the country in number of IU alums! I'm thinking this trend will ultimately translate into a two-thirds/one-third split in terms of the crowd! Awesome. Go IU!

I have a brother in law going. Taking a nephew who is an Illini grad but says he'll be all Indiana on this one, my sister and his dad are Hoosier grads.
Thanks to everybody who will be representing! So fun, I'm envious.
