If Hoover gets dinged, in an early game we haven't put away yet, you thinking for sure Grant Wilson? Or are Cherry or Bell in the mix for backup?
(edit to mention) Surprised hearing Grant, only because Alberto was 2nd last year. Aren't any of our other prospects going to be as good as Alberto? And if so, why not yet? He was only second year.
@openwheel Alberto was ahead of Cherry as a true freshman. Then Cherry missed essentially 15 months of practice. Grant Wilson was a solid G5 starter. If the season started today, Wilson would come in if the game was in doubt. IU will probably use garbage time to get Cherry the game reps he needs to be the backup by Big Ten play.
Jacob Bell has arm talent, but has not seen the field.

If anyone's interested the B10 Network is doing Fall Camp shows from every B10 team and IU's is on tonight. Think they were just there today or yesterday and tonight @ 6pm might be the first airing? Anyway, I set it to record. They usually get some good interviews.
@kkott They were not at practice yesterday, so my guess is they were there this morning and afternoon doing their thing. We'll have some takeaways from what they say.

@oneeyedundertaker Feels like Tucker is on a mission. I think the thing that stands out to me is their entire focus on being quick. Not just athletically but in decision making, reaction, attacking... think that's what elevated Daley and it was what Tucker commented on in the B10 piece when asked where he's improving.
@thehoosierhuddle They said they watched practice and it was indoors due to weather. Maybe Wednesday? They were definitely there in the morning because that's when they said they interviewed Cig, before practice. Then they wrapped up after practice and talked about what they saw. Revsine commented on the D line, and said he thought it was the best he'd ever seen in 20+ years.
