These pundits are using preseason talking points. IU has beat 5 teams over .500. The most in the nation, hence our SOS is between 18-30ish. Screw em

North Texas will finish the season better than 20 or more P4 teams in ESPN FPI when the hypothetical recruiting rankings continue to drop off from that formula.
If they hadn't dropped that game against Texas St., they would be very close to Boise for the G6 CFP slot

@thehoosierhuddle Although there will undoubtedly be a lot of movement between now and early December, it's quite probable ND is out with a loss to Miami. Wins in their last three games--BC, SMU, Syracuse--won't impress anyone. Love it.
The Big Ten likely to only get two teams in. Or worse. The SEC far more. Yet somehow Indiana is the controversy.

#4 is great news. The media that don't like it can pound sand, they don't matter.
All that matters at this point is figuring out something on offense and the health of the team (notably a few key defensive guys). Fingers crossed.
@gthomas Personally, I don't want them out, I want them right where they are and us right about where we are (we'd need to be 5-8, to get a home game, correct?)! I want a home game vs ND in the first round!
