I'm pretty sure he gave Mendoza the 'bidness' midseason last year for reaching out to Leinart via social media to ask how he handled the Heisman hype. Cig.seems to eliminate any look at me mentality. If you focus on the team, the rest falls in place.

i think he expects marsh to be a leader on this team so he has to show the team that not even the star WR is immune.

I don't think it has anything to do with Nick Marsh not being part of the team last year. I think it only has to do with not being here to showboat or promote ourselves but here as a team. In other words, wearing bling is too much for the name on the back instead of the name on the front and could take away from focusing on what matters.
