@hurryinghoosiers they have some flip targets that could pop. I assume anyone in the 2026 class will announce in the next couple weeks with NSD on 12/3. 
There are guys we have heard, but they don’t want their names out in public.

Curious to understand better the recruiting infrastructure for this Indiana football program.  

1.  Is there an Org chart for the group of responsible parties for putting on a weekend like this?  

2.  What role does the greater Athletic Dept. play in rolling out the big red carpet?

3.   How involved is the coaching staff are before the game as opposed to after?  

4.  How much time do the players spend with recruits after the game, either on Saturday night or on Sunday?

5.  Do they keep the recruits and their families in some sort of a massive mob, or they break/separate them off into much smaller groups.  

6.  Do the highest priority targets get matched up with their own Red Stepper to show them what the school has to offer?   Ha ha.   

@middawg So I asked their Director of player personnel this question today.

He said the game day visits are mainly to get body types (heights, weights etc.) and the prospects know the deal so they are not thrown off by having over 100 people there. After the game the high priority prospects meet their position coaches.

Game Day visits are not official visits and usually just last that day. 

I believe there is a section of seats in or near the player family area where recruits sit on the IU side of the field.

#6 was for this 7.5 star QB recruit with a big arm/wrist, that would love to make an all expenses paid recruiting trip with a great seats for this upcoming game.

Goes by the name Chaz Powerz, VHS tape is a bit grainy and sort of looks like it was filmed at the old Intramural flag football fields, pay no mind to that
