Sudfeld signed with the S.F. 49ers. He is the 2nd INDIANA QB on the 49ers roster joining Kurtis Rourke. Rourke is currently on the non-FB injury list due to a torn ACL sustained in 2024.
The 6'6", 227lbs Sudfeld is INDIANA's all-time leader in passing yds.(7,879) & TD's(61).
Nate Sudfeld might be my favorite Hoosier ever. He was so darn good. Made a great career in the NFL too. Not much playing time but proves his value year after year

The 49ers released Sudfeld earlier today... signed on 8/19 and released on 8/21.... part of the shell game teams play with their money... probably looking to see if he clears waivers. Then they can sign him again for less... maybe.
