IU just posted on X that ESPN's College GameDay will be in Bloomington next week.

I didn’t see that coming.
Cool. I’ll take the exposure anytime and the students love it.
Halloween Homecoming GameDay.
That's going to one helluva a tailgate atmosphere.
In the history of GameDay, has a team ever hosted a Halloween Homecoming GameDay?
The slate for next weekend must be dismal. Of course IU is worthy of CGD, but against Minnesota? If the Gophers hadn't beaten Iowa yesterday, it probably would have been at a different locale.
My very broad guess is they really wanted to come to USC @ IU but USC peeing down their leg against the Badgers changed their tentative plans.
The only SEC game of worth is the Florida vs Georgia in Atlanta, so not on campus.
Who is our guest picker gonna be?
the 49ers are on bye. so give me Kaelon.
also NYG. So Micah would fit as an alum who is an NFL starter.
@thehoosierhuddle This is NOT the game I even had on my radar. I thought possibly USC. Pretty exciting. Wonder who guest picker will be. Homecoming and College Game Day. Hope we have lots of recruits and please Lord I need a blowout!
@zeke4ahs I think it had a lot to do with USC losing, Minnesota picking up a top 15 win and it being IU and the reigning champs. UGA plays Florida in Atlanta, but I think they wanted to be on campus

Also Halloween. Fun day for the students.
A worthy game. 3-1 in the Big Ten vs 4-1 in the Big Ten. Three legit league wins for them. One bad loss. 5-2 overall.
We need to be ready to play as I'm sure Cig will point out. Beating us would really set them up for a strong run.
Something cool about game day for a Minnesota-Indiana game. Feels old school, somehow. Should get decent viewership.
