Having the right decision and ruling written well with no holes to be challenged on appeal is probably more valuable than the ruling being completed quickly.

Yeah, county judges aren't normally involved in cases of this import and sure to be appealed. I'm sure she's pulling out all the stops to make sure her ruling is on firm footing.
