Yea. Interesting one from Todd. I have a hard time believing that given what an agent’s job is, but that’s just my opinion. Perhaps he bad mouths PSU so much and so convincingly his clients are scared off from the job. Idk.

I didn't think Franklin was the type to do that, but I'm here for it.
Ped State programs seems to be screwed right now and Kraft too. Kraft was getting beaten up this morning on CBS Sports College Football this morning. Basically the theme was "how do you fire Franklin the way you did without having your guy lined already?"

ha That feels like a cop out for PSU making an egregious mistake. They need to do something big. Even if they had somehow convinced the BYU coach to join them.........that to me is taking a big L. They were the first job to open and the coach they fired was hired weeks before they found a replacement?

If I'm Pat Kraft, I try and get Matt Campbell. He's won at a school that doesn't really do a whole lot of NIL and I believe his buyout isn't that large.
Yeah, but if you were Pat Kraft, you would've signed Campbell a month ago and he'd be giving interviews about the newest recruits. Any solid coach will be amazed, 'you want me in now after you skipped an entire recruiting class?'
I guess maybe Kraft has a CFP coach lined up? Or, they'll get some coordinator. I'm glad they've botched this though. Very glad. Don't need the top of the Big Ten at full strength.
