Long story short, I have been going to one away game a year for the past 5, 6 years. This upcoming year my wife and I are planning on going to the Nebraska game. In the past it has always been cheap and easy to get tickets. Last year was not. Any advice on when to start looking for tickets? There are some available now but I would assume those are Nebraska season ticket holders that know they are going to sell that ticket correct? Just looking for some advice. Thanks!

"Allegedly" all Nebraska home games are sold out...therefore, if you're gonna get Nebraska tickets at any time, they're likely from a Nebraska season ticket holder.
@mouora23 I bought 2 tickets already through Stubhub for that game in section 40 for 150 each. The visitors sections are 19-20 and 40-41.
I probably won’t have enough points to get them through IU’s allotment and I wanted to make sure I got some. That’s probably not much over face value by getting them this early.
I’ve always wanted to go to the Big House. This might be the year.
yes, me too. My wife has her undergraduate degree from UM so it might be a good trip.I’ve always wanted to go to the Big House. This might be the year.
I've always gotten my away game tickets from the IU ticket office when they take orders later in the summer. I'm not sure if this season will be any different, but I'd be surprised if we sell out of the away team ticket allotment hardly ever. The seats are typically high and in a corner (which I like to tell the truth), except for Ohio State put us low in an endzone (truly awful seats).
Big House is really cool to see and the seats two years ago were right by the MASSIVE video board, so seeing replays was easy peasy. The most interesting thing about the stadium is that it looks small on the outside, then you walk in and realize it's like a pit gym and you're entering at like the 70th row.
I'm also excited for Nebraska this year! I've heard nothing but good things about the tailgate atmosphere there and the friendliness of the folks.

Same. I'll be at the Big House as well.
I’ll be in the Big House too. Can’t wait to beat their asses.
