I don't much care, but I think OU is less likely to pull off the upset than Bama is, so I guess I'd rather play OU.
Alabama opens as 1.5 point favorite at Oklahoma.
Depends. If Bama gets any appreciable amount of their injured players back, before the Rose Bowl, then I'd say I'd rather play Oklahoma. If they don't, I'd probably pick Bama. Oklahoma has a better overall defense. Bama though, if healthy again, is capable of playing like a top 3-4 team in the country. I don't think Oklahoma's ceiling is nearly that high.
So, I'll pick Boomer Sooner. Don't really care about the chance to beat Bama. Just want the chance to beat TT or Oregon.
I'd rather play the team with the best offense, rather than the best defense. So, healthy or not, Alabama.
Reason being, our defense can play with anybody. Our offense is always where our struggles come from against great defenses. Iowa, Ohio State, last year Michigan.
Not sure though, pretty close. I've seen more of Alabama than Oklahoma. And am not afraid of them, at least not more than any CFP team not named Tulane. All teams can put together a winning game.

Oklahoma, offense is turrible.
I've said all along, I think this is the best IU team of my lifetime and I wanted us to play an undefeated OSU team in the B10, and then an SEC team and ND in the playoffs. Obviously, and unfortunately, ND is off the table, but I do get my wish with an SEC team regardless. But to me, Bama is THE SEC team along with UGA, so I'd rather play Bama. Has nothing to do with who I think we have the best shot at beating, it's just that I have so much belief in this IU team that I want to see them tested against the best and have the chance to beat the best.
