It’s bowl season! Unfortunately, Indiana is home for the holidays as they finished 5-7 this season, but that doesn’t mean Hoosier football fans cannot enjoy this year’s slate of bowl games. We at Hoosier Huddle just love college football and have picked seven bowl games, outside of the College Football Playoff that fans should tune in to.

A season that began with so much promise has suddenly turned south for Indiana football.
After the Hoosiers began the season undefeated in non-conference play, there was a distinct sense of optimism within the program. It was IU’s first 4-0 start since 1990, putting the Cream and Crimson in prime position to become bowl eligible for the first time since 2007. All they needed was two wins in Big Ten play to get to that magic number of six victories which would virtually assure them of a postseason appearance.

Much to my delight, and I am sure many of yours, just about every publication out there has the Indiana Hoosiers going bowling at the conclusion of the season. Yes, that is correct, the Hoosiers are predicted to “Play 13” in 2013.
So I figured what better way to get your juices flowing on “hump-day” just over two weeks away from kick-off than to look at the success projected by the national media outlets.
