Ramsey, who was named the award's Quarterback of the Week following the Hoosiers win at Nebraska, scored the game-winning, 1-yard touchdown rush to bring the Old Oaken Bucket back to Bloomington in IU's 44-41, double-overtime victory at Purdue on Saturday.

The Cincinnati native finished 23-of-39 for 337 yards, the sixth 300-yard game of his career, with a career-high-tying three TDs (5th time). Ramsey added 42 yards on the ground with a career-best-tying two scores (2nd time).

It marked his first game with five total scores and the first by a Hoosier since quarterback Tre Roberson (6) against Purdue on Nov. 30, 2013. Ramsey has nine games (3 in 2019) with at least one passing and one rushing touchdown.

IU's all-time completion percentage leader (67.1 - 5th among FBS quarterbacks) is also second in completions (613), fourth in 300-yard passing games (6), tied for fourth in passing TDs (42), fifth in total yardage (7,132), and sixth in passing yardage (6,354) and attempts (918).

He is the second quarterback in program history to accumulate 600 completions, 7,000 total yards and 40 passing scores, joining Ben Chappell (2007-10).

Ramsey and the Hoosiers finished the regular season 8-4 and 5-4 in the Big Ten, their most overall and conference wins since 1993 (8-4, 5-3).

Indiana has won eight games for just the eighth time in program history and the first time since 1993. IU owns six eight-win (2019, 1993, 1988, 1987, 1979, 1905) and two nine-win (1967, 1945) campaigns.

The Hoosiers five conference wins are tied for the third-most in school history (2019, 1993, 1991, 1988, 1979, 1945). The school record for conference wins is six (1987, 1967).
