Georgia DE Chris Henderson De-commits from Indiana

With less than four days until Signing Day the Indiana Hoosiers' recruiting class of 2016 took a hit Sunday morning as three-star defensive end Chris Henderson announced on Twitter that he was de-committing from Indiana. Henderson had committed to play for the Hoosiers way back in August right when fall practice was starting.

The six-foot-four Henderson holds other offers from Louisville, South Alabama, Old Dominion, Eastern Kentucky, and Middle Tennessee State. Henderson could not be reached for comment on why he de-committed from the Hoosiers. The loss of Henderson leaves IU with just four committed defensive players and none across the defensive line, which lost a ton of depth due to players graduating or leaving for the draft. IU now has just 13 prospects in the 2016 class, but still sits at 11th in the Big Ten.
