Brown comes to Indiana as the top-rated player out of Wisconsin. He is a tremendous athlete and will be brought in on the offensive side of the ball at receiver.

Brown played quarterback in high school and had five Power Five offers including Wisconsin.

247 Sports’s Allen Trieu gave the following evaluation of DeShaun Brown:

 “High school quarterback who figures to be a college defensive back with slot receiver a possibility as well. A solid all-around athlete with quickness and a long frame. Technically raw as a defensive back and needs to get stronger but offers the athletic qualities to project well at that spot. Did not play a high level of competition in high school and did not attend many camps so he can be a bit tough to judge as far as college readiness coming out of high school.”
