Texas Defensive End Noah Jones Talks Indiana Offer

Written By Sammy Jacobs (@Hoosier_Huddle)

On March 9th the Indiana Hoosiers offered Texas defensive end Noah Jones. Hoosier Huddle has caught up with the six-foot-four 235-pound lineman to talk about the offer he received from the Hoosiers.

Jones is a three-star prospect according to 247 Sports and the 727th best prospect nationally and the 32nd best defensive end prospect and holds offers from SMU, Texas State, as well as North Texas in addition to Indiana.

Jones said his "first impression (of Indiana) was 'wow they are like family, they greet you very well and have respect for you as an individual. The school, I like a lot." He is being recruited by new defensive line coach Mark Hagan, and says he needs to improve, "pass rushing and run defense and add more moves on my pass rushing."

Jones has not been up to Bloomington to visit yet, "but I plan on it." He will also take his time to weigh his options on my making a decision about which school to commit to.
