ESPN released a list of "Games that will define each top college football team's 2025 season” using their “way too early top 25” rankings. The Hoosiers were ranked 17th nationally on that list. The Hoosiers appeared twice in their article, once for themselves and a second as a season defining opponent for another Big Ten team.
