Hoosiers Blow By North Texas on A Blustery Saturday in Bloomington
/The Indiana Hoosiers (3-2) raced out to an early 21-0 lead and never looked back as they defeated the North Texas Mean Green (2-3) 49-24 Saturday at Memorial Stadium. The Hoosiers were led by the play of two seniors. Wide receiver Shane Wynn broke out of his mini slump catching two long Nate Sudfeld passes for scores. He finished with five catches for 127 yards. Fellow senior D’Angelo Roberts, the other Indiana running back, scored twice as well highlighted by a terrific 47-yard scamper to put the Hoosiers up 28-7 early on in the third quarter.
