/Indiana did what it was supposed to do against an inferior opponent. The Hoosiers beat the Mean Green 49-24 and it really was not that close a contest. The Hoosiers sprinted out to a 21-0 lead after the first quarter and never looked back. The Indiana defense set the tone early when Tegray Scales picked off a pass on North Texas’s first drive. The Hoosiers finished with two takeaways on the day.
