Cam Jones rolled the dice on a vision sold by Indiana coach Tom Allen instead of heading to local SEC school Tennessee when he committed to the Hoosiers over the Volunteers in the fall of 2017. Allen’s vision of ‘LEO’ is embodied by Jones, whose selflessness has led him to be a major cog in IU’s defense.

But with a strong core of experienced players returning in 2020, Tom Allen and defensive coordinator Kane Wommack have challenged the linebackers to take the next step. This year, they feel they have a group full of impact players.
