Travesty that Rush isn’t among these. Definitely top 5 for me. I’d add Seabiscuit, Ford v. Ferrari, Boys in the Boat, and Race. Miracle belongs in top 5.
Warrior is a glaring omission.
I was a little disappointed in Boys in the Boat. What a fantastic book as it portrayed what was going on in Hitler Germany as we followed Joe's story. The movie was good, but I thought it missed a lot on that end.
Ford v. Ferrari
Just watched it for the umpteenth time last weekend. Fantastic movie.
I call that a Llama bite
Hope is not optimism, which expects things to turn out well, but something rooted in the conviction that there is good worth working for. - Seamus Heaney, Irish poet and likely Hoosier basketball fan.

Agreed. And keeping that in mind, if you were a fan of the Rocky series from the 20th century, I think Rocky Balboa might deserve at least a honorable mention.
A good friend will bail you out of jail, but your best friend will be sitting next to you in the cell saying "that was f***ing awesome"
Hm. I think Rush is outstanding. Great commentary on human nature as well as racing. Pride of the Yankees is one of the best ever. I don’t see a significant drop off in the 21st century.
@thehoosierhuddle Generally speaking I'm disappointed in almost any movie where I really enjoyed the book. There's just so much more detail that can be included in books and I can interpret places/events in my mind in ways that make sense to me and I prefer, and the movies obviously are someone else's interpretation. I felt the same, Loved the book, thought the movie was OK.
