I feel this is a subjective answer. Politically we like to refer to making America great again. What does that actually mean for each of you?
I’d like to keep this as civil as possible. I think it’s ok to have different opinions of what makes America great.
A growing middle class. We’re only good at making millionaires and broke people now.
That’s actually the opposite of what makes America great, but good try sport
America is great because we cherish the almighty dollar and don’t begrudge people their wealth. That creates an entrepreneurial spirit that is not found anywhere else in the world.
The middle class and and their replaceable skill set are not what makes America great and you’d have to be a moron to suggest as much.

@unclemark nah what happened is trump won. then the sgl's of the board starting posting incessantly gifs and shit and it was just a pile on. most of the right kind of stood by and let it go. what was there to attack obama on to be honest? where he was born? tan suits? obamacare. no juice in those. so the right basically ate shit. then the summer of love hit. and covid. and you started to see some marked divisions in how we viewed things. then defund. and the emergence of the new dem party which was a historically stupid collection of people and just like that the right got ammo. and lots of it! then trump came back. so now we've become divided and both sides have good support to sling shit
@mcm666 I wasn't spending much time on the WC but the 2016 election didn't divide this board much?
@eppy99 I have a foggy memory. That is when it basically started. You could argue policy on Obama but not much else. He was pretty normal and sane. Culture wars weren’t cookin yet
