Must have attached it to himself then before she hit him then because it never falls to the ground when he is being hit and firing shots.
When the phone is panning side to side and up and down, it is clearly handheld. Also not sure it was from the ICE agent firing the shots.

You should watch the video because you can clearly see in the windows he's recording with his phone.
She is looking directly at the ICE agent as she hits the gas.
So what's everyone think that has seen the cell phone footage from the agent that shot her?
Every video I watch galvanizes my belief that she wasn't trying to run him over. She was just trying to leave. This last one probably most of all. But Eyeliners seemed to think it showed the exact opposite??? Is this like one of those weird pictures that looks like a yellow dress to some, or a blue dress to others?
But even if he's the most Barney Fife/Rambo, Rough Rider wanna be... if he thought, or knew, that she was trying to pull away and leave... would shooting her be his response? He's either a cold blooded murderer, that went in to that situation looking to do something like that... or, he thought she was trying to run him over.
This is a phucked up situation. ICE shouldn't be gangstering themselves around how they are. But protesters should not be organizing gangs of their own, to go around and surround them, use vehicles to try to intimidate them, etc... There's gotta be better ways for both sides to effectively achieve their objectives.
@co-hoosier And already in the process of whipping the wheel around to the right...after backing up. The only reason the car lurched straight forward was because she revved gas high enough the wheels spun out. And then, why back up in the first place if you're gonna try to run the agent over? I've not ever been in that situation... but trying to put myself in that situation, if I were trying to run him over, I'd have just gunned it...??? And if, for some reason, I felt compelled to back up first, I would have turned the wheel left, not right.
I always look at the front left corner of my vehicle, when I'm trying to avoid hitting something near the front left of my vehicle, while turning right. Logic tells me that's what she was doing. Making sure she DIDN'T run over him.
@iunorth With more intelligent governance this is all avoidable. Remember some bad dudes have been deported thanks to ICE. They are making us safer.
But we can’t have anymore woke Dems. We just can’t. We can’t have open borders. We can’t bail out criminals. We need smarter government. Because without you invite muni cops, ICE etc. and these people aren’t our best and brightest. You’re just asking for trouble with these guys. So don’t create reasons for them to show up in the first place. And if you do follow their directions to the letter. You can always deal with their dumb stuff later.
Common sense is lost.
Let's say he honestly thought that she was trying to hit him. That might explain shot #1 to the face. Now explain shots 2 and 3 from the side. Incapacitated wasn't good enough. Dead wasn't good enough. He needed to try to blow her head off.

@sharinincarmel do you have a law degree? We really gotta introduce you to McMurt. You guys are soulmates.

A well rounded fraud.

Doesn't seem like that would be protocol, no?
Why wouldn't it be? And why does it matter? He walks around her car and videos her license plate. If I was trying to get a person's license plate, videoing it is the method I would use. Writing it down on a pad of paper takes more time, is not as good as evidence, and you never know when a #2 pencil is going to break on you 😉
@scam-likely Who are you Scam Likely other than triggered? And I have never heard of anyone playing D1 baseball and soccer. Ever. Though you are certainly overwhelmed by common accomplishments. Sad for you. Quite a loser.
PS still no content. At least you know you’re stupid. It’s a start.

Mrs. Washburn I think this time you will get through to him. Any Tinis before the big game?
@hurryinghoosiers We’re asking people to follow rules. Why is the left always breaking the law? If a cop says do something do it. This isn’t difficult
@snarlcakes Blockheads!! Of course we’ll have Tini hour! What’s on the menu for your distinguished crew?

Isn't that what body cameras do?
