...block traffic, loot, destroy businesses, start fires, rob stores, do drugs in open...

wow, what a busy Mom.  All while dropping off her 6-year old?

She dropped her child off 2 1/2 hours before this incident and, according to the feds, was following them around after doing so. I don't what is true at this point (except for the drop off time) but I'm sure hte FBI will investigate and we'll have more answers down the road.

Do you think the FBI will really look into this when the white house has already exonerated him?

@shooter You don’t need probable cause. The standard is lower.  You’re trying to play lawyer to go out of your way to defend a woke idiot disobeying authority because you hate President Trump. He has rendered the weak-minded incapable of rational thought.  It is so obvious with some of you.

Obey the law. This isn’t tricky.

@boogie Let that cosplaying mayor. State can charge him if they think it ran afoul of Minn. Stat. Feds might remove.  So what.

Should the driver be shot dead from a side window AFTER any conceivable threat to the LEO is gone?  Also... Link to any evidence that this person was a "protester"?  She had dropped off a child at school and was returning home, according to her ex-husband.

Lol, do you even read? She was purposely interfering with ICE operations.

And she was shot at least twice by someone who was not in the path of her vehicle and who was not following written procedures on guidelines for deadly force (my point, which your post has nothing to do with).

Is this hard?  She should have complied.  The penalty for not complying should not have been assassination, however.

@shooter You have no idea regarding guidelines for deadly force, perspective, analysis, on and on.  Just stop.  With every post you sound less informed.  MSNBC informed maybe. Hear only what you want to hear.  The woke mind….  She was an instigator who disobeyed authority.  My sympathies are gone.

I think the former head of Homeland security, interviewed by the BBC, knows the guidelines.  I shared them.

But you of course know better than him, even in your state of hormonal flux.

I've seen what the former Homeland security head said and I've seen a handful of either current or retired LEOs comment. Most people have said a combination of what's been said here. The people who are or have been in a position to know all point to this killing be a result of little to no real training.

@ohio-guy That doesn’t have anything to do with whatever the charging statute directs.

Than the former head of Homeland Security, someone with decades of law enforcement experience?  About issues of standard procedure and training?

Scottie Scheffler is lucky to be alive today.

Yes he is but for different reasons. Scheffler wasn’t looking to cause trouble and be disruptive. This thing was.

BTW….What are you fixing for the game tonight. 2 meatloafs on the smoker 10 minutes ago

@shooter What does that have to do with the statute a prosecutor travels under?   Feds won’t charge. So Minn would have to.  The statute determines not the Head of Homeland Security.  Yea Jennifer Lawrence would be as good of a reference.

The fact that this ICE agent might have had little to no training in this area has nothing to do with how he acted and ended up killing someone? I'm not sure I follow what you're saying here.
