This is another instance imo where you see Trump's worst faults in leadership come through. You have polar sides. For the sake of turning down the temperature and if it is for nothing more than optics announce that an investigation will take place. Trump gets stuff like that wrong over and over again.
Trump’s big mouth is indeed a problem. I don’t think this case is the worst. (Greenland gets that award) Verbal diarrhea coming from Walz and Fry also play a role. Seems like politicians shouting for their base is a fact of life in law enforcement violence. Obama did it, Biden did it and Trump does it.
Gotta admire a man that is passionate about his job & takes it seriously. I’ll bet he is very good at his job…

Of course it’s possible to acknowledge & admire particular aspects of anyone, regardless of his character in every aspect of his life. He is very likely to have very strong feelings that illegals should be deported & pursue this end with vigor as a champion for such laws. Good for him & for the citizens of the US, all of whose interests he serves if he is pursuing the prosecution of our laws. 😀

I don't admire anyone if they make the statement that our problems started when Abe Lincoln was elected, but that's just me.
