I'm saying a vague announcement of "great deal!" could be anything. It could be a major concession to American capitalist concerns, or it could be, you know, "the straight of Hormuz will open tomorrow!"
Hell…I thought we were dissecting the announcement about Venezuela…on that note, 65 billion barrels…I highly doubt that
