The email features a picture of Trump, in his baseball hat, saluting a flag-draped transfer case containing a deceased soldier's remains at the recent dignified transfer at Dover Air Force Base.
A few comments. First, no one who "joins" (that is, makes a donation) is going to be provided "national security briefings." It's a sure bet, though, that they'll received Trump's lies and propaganda.
Next, why is he leveraging the deaths of American soldiers to raise funds? More than a little unseemly, one would think. Also, he's highlighting again his disrespectful behavior at the dignified transfer where he wore a branded baseball hat and failed to remove it.
Finally, this fund-raising initiative will certainly rake in money from donors of means, but it will also result in a boatload of small donations from supporters who don't have two nickels to rub together, people who are struggling to pay for food and gas, some/many of whom likely believe they'll be getting top-secret information. It's deceitful and it's sickening.
