Note that perhaps interests only me: Police in England may have - intentionally or no - rendered obsolete a precedent that has long been considered part of British sovereign immunity. Police aren't supposed to be allowed to arrest someone on the monarch's property without the monarch's permission, which was not asked for in this case. Andrew's lawyers may bring that up in court, but I doubt Charles would want them to, because the judges might confirm that this particular form of immunity he thought to enjoy has simply vanished.
