Indeed there was such a time. Those years between J. Edgar blackmailing leaders, Bobby Kennedy conducting illegal wiretaps, and Mitchell covering for Watergate, and Comey leaking confidential shit, Garland ordering terrorist investigations of parents yelling at school board members and surveilling Roman Catholics.

@dbmhoosier Given that he couldn’t convince otherwise loyal Republicans to pull their vote from the Epstein petition, this is a way for it to look like people aren’t defying him.
It'll be interesting to see what actually gets released and who it drags through the mud.
