Having hypocrites defend trump and his corruption in every thread is appalling and a story in and of itself. If it was a dem, then these same people defending trump would start calling it what it is...criminal corruption worthy of prison time

Trump “corruption” doesn’t bother me in the least. Using the office to make himself wealthier was baked in. Like going with the hot bartender who will pack the bar but you know she’s skimming. Everyone still wins. So what. Who cares.
Problem with Trump isn’t corruption it’s that we’re not winning. Public safety and locking down the border is great! But no new wars. We’re in a war and spending mad sums of money. Tariffs are a disaster for small businesses and most business is small business and to make it worse he’s lying about them. Finally gas is sky high as are costs.
it’s bad. And if things don’t change the market and inflation could both still tank. Companies have inventory that allows for cushion. When that is dried up they will have to pay more for manufacturing of goods. Are they going to eat that increase? I doubt it. And the market is great but let’s see that in six months

@twenty total Fing disaster. In full force. And get this. We thought they were “down” for a while in the confusion and fed ex is sending long convoluted bills to our customers !!! You can imagine how that goes over with them….

@bar-down the logistics is a nightmare. A reason the modern world has continually moved away from a tariff tax regime. Like going back to the horse and buggy days.
@twenty I will add that my main business occupies a space where we fill a need for businesses that are incredibly cost aware. So not only will these tariffs add aggravation in the short term from sorting them out to supply chain shit but they will materially impact our growth. 20 percent is a big deal. That’s often our margin on some products. Wiped out.
