Damn, that ALL sounds sleazy as hell. Swooping in when her daughter is on vacation, taking her out of assisted living, not providing adequate care, cutting off the family, claiming her family was absent, collecting her signature, then taking charge of her death. A death that might even be suspicious.

Never take at face value the "facts" stated in a complaint. That said, if it was true that she had already been diagnosed with dementia, this lawyer who effected the property transfer on what was essentially her deathbed could be in for a world of trouble.
