Extreme examples of this being Stalin and Hitler who were able to do what they did because of centralization of power and capital. Admit it, and then argue for why it is better to reroute those funds to other things.@mcm666 As for the defunding the police, many of those cities allocated their funds differently rather than just cutting, such as putting more money to mental health funds. Some cities cut budgets.
