I thought that was a pretty impressive performance. He was clearly pushing a specific agenda, but he didn't do it in a bombastic way.

The royal family has been good at policing themselves lately. They sidelined that dumb ginger Harry and they dropped the hammer on Andrew. We should be doing the same with the yutzes we've been letting run the country the last 10 years.

Thought this observation below by a media pundit summed up my impression of the King's speaking style as contrasted to Our President.
Charles’s speech was beautifully crafted and delivered with a degree of warmth and conviction that was always beyond the range of his mother’s public oratory. That, in itself, was almost an implicit reproach to the president’s own rambling, undisciplined public pronouncements.

It was impeccably delivered but the content was also extraordinary, particularly considering the setting. References to climate change. The importance of NATO and US allies. The importance of checks on executive power. Hell, he had Mike Johnson applauding comments about checks on executive power!
