Under HIPAA, he's not allowed to disclose personal medical information without concent.

@unclemark i haven't followed any of it. no idea. i just know there are exceptions. i had a cop client ages ago who rolled up on dude with an ax or knife or some shit protruding from his head. guy spit blood like a bulldog all over the cop. she was freaking out and worried about getting hep and all kinds of shit. filed a comp claim for her and were unable to get his meds disclosed even under that fact pattern. long time ago
