Here's the ballot (below). The two Sullivans have different middle initials. One has the "Jr." suffix. More importantly, "Registered Republican" and "Incumbent" appear next to the sitting senator's name. Anyone who is confused and/or unable to differentiate between the two Sullivans is probably too stupid to be voting.

Undoubtedly dirty politics. I read that JFK's father did about the same by finding another candidate with the same name as JFK's opponent in JFK's run for the Senate. JFK won, but the dirty trick wasn't the reason IIRC. Unfortunately, dirty politics doesn't have any legal repercussions. I'll be interested in seeing what the final vote is. If the incumbent Sullivan loses by the amount of votes the second Sullivan gets, maybe it did, but it's not definitive. It'll still be interesting and that would kick in the DoJ suit, which it seems no one believes it has a chance in court.

Just exactly how did they "rig" the election? Why do you assume the Americans working at the Census Bureau are crooked partisan Democrats? If it was rigged, why won't some of the 10s or thousands of people that work at the Bureau come forward to expose it? The variance in the 2020 census was not business as usual. The state level miscounts were historically bad. It does cause one to wonder exactly what Biden’s Department of Ag was doing when it came to quality checks and adjustments.
