Have they found a gene tied to violent crime? If so, work on gene therapy. Otherwise there are solutions, we just have to find them. Sadly children from abusive/violent homes are more likely to be abusers/violent. So that is one point to look at, how can we get kids out of those situations earlier. I don't believe there is anything evolutionary or God made that creates this problem. Anything else has a solution.
Look at data & studies on the 2 repeat allele of the MAOA gene & prevalence by race. It will be too uncomfortable for folks that won’t recognize that there are genetic differences & tendencies between races to discuss, even though it is factual that differences do exist.
