@twenty That’s not what negligent homicide means. He intended to shoot him. Negligent homicide is if he shot in the air to silence the crowd and the bullet came down and killed him.

At a minimum what occurred was negligent homicide, IMHO. 

 

If it is, punish the officers.  That really isn't my point though.  I am not defending what they did as right.  IA m just saying there was a whole bunch of wrong that happened on the way to theirs too and that I wouldn't let it stop immigration enforcement.

@sharinincarmel it actually is pretty good for central Indiana.  I like snow days.  A lot of people play online poker then and they're not real good at it.

I wouldn't be surprised if Minnesota ends up charging both of these guys before it's all said and done. Will have to be hammered out in Federal court

@twenty Can file in state. Feds can remove but state law applies.  If they show this much bark and don’t have the bite to do it they’re total pussies
