The existence of the labs wasn't Russian propaganda - the Russian propaganda was about them being bioweapons labs. The biolabs haven't been secret. The DoD has a Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP), and they have agreements with several countries, including Ukraine, to do research to prevent biological threats and epidemics. We've been working with Ukraine since the mid 2000s to first dismantle Soviet biological weapons programs in Ukraine (yes, the Soviets actually had such programs) and to upgrade the facilities to support efforts to prevent those sorts of bioweapon and other biological threats. The conspiracy theory is that the remaining biolabs were actually bioweapons labs, which is totally Russian propaganda and misinformation. Of course, they were (some of them anyway) bioweapons labs under the Soviet regime but aren't now. The existence of the Soviet bioweapons pathogens made them ideal for working on defense against them. They were not working on developing new bioweapon pathogens. Tulsi, being an irresponsible conspiracy theorist and Russia sympathizer, has only released information that says we've worked with Ukraine and funded some biological research in Ukraine. Look at the markings on most of the paragraphs and sections. It's "U" meaning unclassified - so not classified, not even Confidential. Then read what isn't redacted and it has zero to do with bioweapons, or even anything nefarious. It's all about peaceful purposes. Look at all the companies, (again, not classified) that work within this DoD collaboration in Ukraine, and other countries, including the US. Tons of them. Think if they were involved in bioweapons development. There isn't a chance in hell that they and all their employees are keeping that secret. Note also that on the very first page it addresses Russian misinformation about the biolabs - i.e. they're biolabs and NOT bioweapons labs. LOL! Granted, since the early 2000s, we've been working with Ukraine to eventually safely destroy any dangerous pathogens remaining since the Soviet regime and that wasn't 100 percent completed in every lab, and they were needed to do defense research, but that also has been known. Well, not known by the ignorant rubes, but known by those that work and oversee the BTRP and those smart enough to do some minimal research.

Hope so. New tech and tactics are giving Ukraine rare momentum against Russia
I think there is an under rated tactical decision of Ukraine that needs more attention. They developed the mid range strike drone program, proved it out/ validated it, in a somewhat OpSec way. They then scaled the production and then "announced" it when they already had Production/ inventory/ logistics of deployment all well scaled. They didn't dribble out shit like biden and trump. When they hit the go button, It looked like Minnesota summer Mosquitos (or Somali's). This may be a really huge (A LOT X 100) turning point. The orchs are limping now.
This has potential to telling a very dire story for dominoes that are tipping over in Russia.
