Technically, no. Most people have no problem reconciling their belief in creation with the truth of evolution. They are creationists in the strictest sense of the term, but still accept evolution as the best explanation for how creation happened. “Those people” are the people who argue for special creation, which explicitly rejects evolution (or any natural process) as the means by which life forms as we know them have arisen.
My favorites are those who acknowledge evolution and will even accept it for life other than humans -- "image of God" and all that.

Evolution by genetic mutation and natural selection based on traits emerging from those mutations is as true as the existence of the sun. The myriad of facts and proofs of evolution together form the scientific theory of how it works.
A scientific theory is not a best guess, a crazy idea, or even a hypothesis. It is an overarching fundamental principle of science supported by massive collections of supporting evidence.
