He's a good guy to have at the forefront of Democratic politics. He's smart, and pretty good at articulating policy positions, and pretty good at pointing out where opponents are failing...without being a huge jerk about it all.
But there are better "leaders" of the party out there, that Democrats should turn to, and prop up.

As cisgender hetero male who doesn't remotely identify with the LGBTQ++ community even on the most superficial basis, I feel qualified to speak for that community at large when I give permission to use either term interchangeably.
