@qparker Yep. Agree. And I know that stuff is tricky. When word gets out that this is a great place and opportunities present it can become difficult. Zoning zoning zoning.
So a bumbling board of bureaucrats should be allowed to tell property owners what they can do with their own property?
@unclemark This is why I said tricky. It’s not easy. Do we want a strip club next to Five Guys like you would find in San Francisco. No. But I also don’t want to be harassed and have to get a variance if my hubby wants to put a small skating rink in our backyard.
You'll be gratified to know that I've not been impressed by your dumb posting, yet.
If he posted pro-Russian, anti-Ukrainian, anti-Israel, antisemitic conspiracy theories you'd be very impressed.

There is a "greasy fingers" joke here some where, but it is over shadowed by your skating rink ref, instead of a soccer field. What mini van do you drive now days?
If men were any more stupid, we would have breed for the extinction of women. Proof yet again that WE are the best thing they have going for them.

According to the same guy those 800,000 people could technically still vote. Not to mention he admits they were not following a correct process (how long does it take for 800,000 people to die or leave Oregon?), which begs the question how many other processes are they not following?
