Mine was great. Super nice guy. Waited in the hallway to give fist bumps to the kids while they left school every day at the closing bell. Even gave me a White Sox poster after they won the WS in ‘05 (I’ve since wisened up).
He never held it against me that my mom was at school board meetings every month railing about his salary.

But I don’t think you understand the difference between an EdD and a PhD (I didnt either until I started researching all this stuff in 2019) or how intellectually average you can be to get the former. The standards are not as rigorous as you might think.

As someone who went to grad school, you can be pretty average and get a Ph.D, too.

Thanks. One of my best friends and golfing buddy has an EdD. He’s a super smart guy, but I don’t let him keep golf scores now after he has gotten it wrong so many times. I told him, “you may be a Doctor but you sure as hell didn’t get a Doctorate in math.”
He’s an absolute whiz in creating spreadsheets. Better than I am and I’m pretty good. He lets them do math for him.
