This is a basic truth.Most people that think don't support immoral and corrupt behavior.
Ethics, philosophically speaking, are at the highest intellectual level, in that when one knows and behaves according to that knowledge, one's behavior is ethical. That behavior corresponds to the circumstances of that situation in that moment.
Morals are at almost the lowest level, because predetermined right or wrong is not only binary, whereas not much of anything in life is binary, but also arbitrary as opposed to allowing reason and judgment address the current circumstances.
Trump is actually at an even lower level, mocking, undermining and destroying morals. His logic isn't even binary. He's right. Period. He can do no wrong.
COH's politics are pragmatic. He knows most politicians operate between morals and ignoring morals. As such, what matters is any policy action. Sad but pragmatic. But it's not hypocritical as long as he's honest to himself at least about the level his candidates are operating on.
