Trust is lost. From the Trump election lies to the Biden coverup we’re spiraling the drain. What’s worse is that rot has metastasized into our institutions from Covid negligence to misrepresentations to lies to NGOs, agency stats, to weaponizing AGs offices.
The last 8 years has been an almost complete breakdown in our systems and institutions. To pretend it’s a Trump issue or to be preoccupied with just one side or one person evidences shallow thinking.

Our Constitution is designed to represent and safeguard the people but their disenfranchisement began insidiously long ago, possibly with the invention of television. With newspapers and radio before TV at least people had to read or listen to stimulate their mental faculties. Television and worst of all advertising initiated the process of transforming of people actively living their lives to passively being spectators in the game of life. The more they watched life, the less they were causative agents in their lives. The less action they engaged in, the more their bodies and minds deteriorated. Both are designed to be used. The more they deteriorated, the more people became introverted into their minds and into the vicarious reality they watched. They became the effect of the advertising that controlled them and their choices were minimally their own.
I go for my yearly checkup and the nurse asks me, "what medications are you on?" Not "do you happen to be on some medication?" (I'm 67 and take NONE.) We are controlled to play a game of life that is actually very little of our own choosing.
Fast forward to your thesis and the absurd choice voters have is democrat or republican. As if either choice remotely addressed our personal needs or interests. No, the choice has actually become, which team are you on? What? WTF? Cubs or White Sox? Wtf does that have to do with my life? The Smithsonian proposed a document explaining “whiteness” which was withdrawn because of its blatant hogwash.
Now we learn that the SPLC subsidized white supremacist groups in an apparent attempt to keep those groups publicly visible. This hoax included Charlottesville, the beginning of the Biden campaign.
Piling on are those who see “white nationalism” in all corners of the country, all of which I see as another unsupported hoax.
This hoax is not without consequences as successful white males were instructed that they were racists and some organizations forced public confessions and letters of apology.
Other organizations taught that all white people are racists as part of their DEI training.
Lloyd Austin had the entire military stand down for a time while it focused on rooting out White Supremacy from the ranks. General Milley testified he read books to understand white supremacy.
Some White boys in k-12 education and white young men in higher ed were taught to not be racist as if they were all supremacists.
White males were denied employment and promotions solely as an alleged remedial measure for their racism.
The list goes on. The adverse affects are deeply embedded in our social and economic fabric.
I’ve come to believe that white supremacy hysteria was made up, either by deliberate intention or simple lazy thinking. That’s not to say racism is non- existent, it isn’t. But I am saying the issue has been blown out of proportion and the consequences are damaging for no reason other than to advance specific racial agendas for political advantage or to gain attention.

The problem is that Trump and his sycophant cronies are "all hat and no cattle". They propose something that sounds good until you look into the details and realize all of the problems that would ensue, making people well aware that Trump and his sycophant cronies are very well-invested in the objective of stopping blocks of legal voters from voting, when that block is not part of the MAGA base.
